I love film.. I'd take film over digital any day, there is just so much you can do with it, like this - making a beautiful sky look amazingly crazy by developing the E6 in C41. Yeah, of course you can do it in Photoshop, but it wouldn't get the same feeling, that's why I deal, only with film. No postproduction on this photo, only the cropping and frame.
Pentax PZ-1P, Pentax 50mm f1,4 (af), Sensia 100 (Crossed).
Handheld, metered at the sky and underexposed a bit to make the silihouette of the houses.
i agree oh so very much! Digital gave birth to my interest of photography, but right now, film is the only 'true' thing. I think it makes people consider they're shots a little more before they cock the shutter. I mean, just look at the overwhelming amount of snapshots coming out of digital!
this is absolutely wonderful mate, you handle the craftmanship of photography very well!
I like it. The colours are so intence. Seen some few other pictures you have in your gallery that almost looks like this. Its good. It really is. Great !
-- - I don't care if you stink piss! I still love you!
You already know that I am totally in agreement with you! I like to take photos with whatever I can get my hands on, but I LOVE to shoot with my Olympus OM-1n. I think it is funny how many people you hear saying that they try as hard as they can to emulate the Velvia "look" in Photoshop. I agree with them and sympathize with their frustration and then happily begin shooting Velvia again! ^_^
det här är verkligen bevis på hur bra film verkligen är, jag har just upptäckt mellanformatets fantastiska fördelar....detaljnivån är något helt annat.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
